1. As a microbial agent for phytopathogenic fungi control, it minimizes the effect on crops and effectively inhibits mycelial growth of phytopathogenic microorganisms of Strawberry chlorosis.
2. Streptomyces griseus inhibits mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum, the causative organism of strawberry chlorosis. It also produces strong antifungal substances and promotes the degradation of organic materials.
