Bacillus licheniformis effect
- Bacillus licheniformis, an antimicrobial antifungal, is an environmentally friendly microbial agent that minimizes the impact on crops.
- Phytophthorn cepsici, a causative agent of pepper blight, Botrytis cinerea causing gray mold disease, Corynespora cassicola, a causative agent of leaf blight, Fusarium oxysporum causing wilt disease, Rhizoctonia solani, a causative agent of drought, effectively inhibits mycelial growth of phytopathogenic microorganisms and thus is effective for use as a microorganism or fertilizer for controlling plant diseases.
- Also, it can be economically useful for the control of diseases of crops such as chilli, perilla, tomato, cucumber, strawberry, heading lettuce.
